We put up the mounting kit and it went well. One thing to do is after you put in your first bolt. slide your hangers on. They will not go on after the bolts are on. That was about the only thing to catch. Also make sure the wall levers are attached at the bottom. you may not need them but they will help you level the brackets. Moving the compressor onto the mounting brackets is definitely a two person job. We got it up on one arm and then adjusted the two brackets. Our unit hangs about 3 feet off the ground. Wanted to do it that way to help keep it clean, I may brace it underneath, not because of the unit, but because I am a belt and suspenders kind of guy. Better to have more than you need than not enough.

First it arrived well packaged in less than 14 days including weekends so it was about 10 days. The Generator was scheduled for delivery so that was a plus and I asked fir a coupon code and tgey had it available so the money I saved I used it to purchase tge extended warranty. The generator has tons of extras like Automatic generator start and 12v port battery charger. I will buy again from TIny house essentials. Thank you.

Half way through the install so far. We did the equipment install so far and will be doing the electrical in a day or two.

I went with MrCool because they seemed to be the only ones supporting a true DYI concept (less the electrical panel). Everyone else really pushed contracting out,. Well as far as the ductless system install, it went very well. Better than expected. It is a two person job. One person could do it depending on the home layout, but in our case, we moved the compressor through plants and uneven surfaces to hang up on the wall above the ground,

Inside it was pick the location and find at least one stud to help anchor and drill a 3.5 hole through the wall. From there extremely easy to hang. You can tell they have gone through the trials and tribulations in earlier models to get here. Super easy to install. we're doing two floors and knock wood, very happy haven't had to swear once. That's extremely unusual
