The Eccotemp EL22 Indoor 6.8 GPM Natural Gas Tankless Water Heater Vertical Vent Bundle Kit is the ideal solution for providing hot water to a standard home or apartment with one or two bathrooms, as well as smaller commercial applications. The bundle includes the Eccotemp EL22i Indoor Natural Gas Tankless Water Heater, which is the largest indoor model of the Eccotemp tankless line. This model features a sleek black tempered front glass casing with automatic temperature controls and a touch screen with an LED digital display that shows the output temperature reading and gallons per minute flow rate.

The Eccotemp EL22i has impressive features such as a hot water capacity range of 0.8 - 6.8 GPM, 45-degree rise: 6.8 GPM, 50-degree rise: 5.0 GPM, and 70-degree rise: 3.4 GPM. It also has a natural gas-powered 110-volt UL listed power cord, an activation flow of 0.8 GPM, and a maximum flow rate of 6.8 GPM. The energy factor is 0.80, and the energy rating is 82%. The minimum/maximum gas rate is 26,000 - 140,000 BTUs. The kit also includes the Eccotemp 4" Vertical Vent Kit, which ensures proper ventilation of the water heater.

This product is CSA certified for US and Canadian use and comes with the option of a digital remote control that can be purchased separately. The Eccotemp EL22i has been tested for use at elevations up to 2000 feet. Installation and use of the Eccotemp EL22i above 2000 feet may effect overall product efficiency and performance. Installation and use of the Eccotemp EL22i above 5000 feet is not recommended.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Cannot be used for HYDRONIC SYSTEMS, RECIRCULATING, or FLOOR HEATING.

Please Note: Failure to clean and descale your water heater quarterly can result in lime and sediment build up within the heater, which can void your warranty! We recommend using our Eccotemp EZ-Flush System Descaler Kit to ensure a clean, energy efficient, long lasting heater!

The Eccotemp 4" Vertical Vent Kit includes:

You will need to determine how many additional feet of venting you need and purchase an additional Z-Vent straight pipe. There is a maximum vent run of 20 feet, subtracting 4 feet for every 90 degree elbow in the run. This vent kit does not include a condensation drain pipe. If you need one, they are available for purchase separately.
