On Demand Hot Water Heater

I have yet to install this. The service was great, they responded to my email with some concerns immediately. NO TAX was a pleasant surprise!

Works flawlessly and provides unlimited hot water

We installed one of these units in our adventure van and it worked great. Be sure to keep the power on and ample LPG supply when cold. I let it run out of propane and shut it off and froze the valve inside when driving cross country. Gary and Gerry from tech support were great and talked me through what to check and actually sent me a new valve for FREE. I like that our van looks stealthy with all the venting through the floor instead of a big access hole on the side. I would go this route again for sure!

The floor vented water heater how is it controlled,perhaps a wall mounted control panel? Nowhere does it say? Please advise and send pics if wall mounted controlled

Precision Temp does not use a control panel on this model. The unit has an internal control board (miniature computer) which maintains a set temperature which is factory set at 120 degrees but can be adjusted higher or lower. If you have any more questions, please let me know.
what is the NSP in the item? or when there is no NSP?

Could this unit be used to supply a single bathroom of a permanent home being vented via the crawl space?

The RV550NSP-EC Unit will supply, a bathroom faucet and or a shower in an home. These units are designed to provide 120 degree hot water at 1 to 1.5 GPM of water flow. With 11 to 13 WCI of propane gas pressure or 7 to 10.5 of natural gas pressure. However, the exhaust of the unit must vent thru the exterior of the house and not near an window or door. There must be fresh air intake for the unit combustion in the crawl space. These units operate using 12 volts DC Electrical power at 5 amps. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Propane heater

Is a small propane heater. It works pretty good for a small cabin , RV etc. Dont need electricity. Just a small propane tank. Dont consume alot . A small tank will last about 3 day if you run it at full capacity though the night. No propane small, no carbon monoxide. It has a vent for the out side. But this 8 thousand btu is not for a whole house heat.
