We have a 12000 BTU LG portable air condition. How long will this system keep it running?
At 12000 BTU, The Platinum System would only be able to run the air conditioner unit for about 30 min. Unfortunately, an air conditioner of that size does require a lot of power.

You can only connect one extra panel totaling 200 watts max. In order to accomplish this, you will need an MC4 Branch connector.

how do I connect the solar panels to the pod? Does this system come with cords ? or do I need to order some?
Yes, this kit does include the cables needed for connection. All you need to do is plug the panel extension cable directly into the corresponding port on the Power Pod, and you're good to go!

How long will batteries run 200 watt TV and dish at night without help?
The generator by itself 2.5-3 hours, Platinum would be 8-9 hours which is based off of 1.92kWh of battery power. If you have your own batteries hooked up, it would depend. You need to divide the total wattage of the batteries by 200.
