Powered by 145,000 BTUs, it can supply unlimited hot water for 2–3 applications at once, so you can enjoy hot showers in up to two bathrooms simultaneously without interruptions.

Engineered with 0.53 GPM low flow ignition technology, this tankless water heater eliminates cold spots and ensures consistent performance. It also features a new gas modulating valve and upgraded control board, delivering precise temperature control while remaining budget-friendly. The fully automated system pulls less than 0.34 amps during operation, making it energy-efficient and cost-effective for everyday use.

With its compact, wall-mounted design, the Builder Series saves valuable space and is well-suited for smaller installations. It comes with a UL-listed power cord to operate the internal exhaust fan, anti-freeze protection, and control board.
