My 2021 farest River 2380 on a transit Ford.Iy jade a Zamp port by the door is that regulated??

Hello,

Typically those side ports are wired directly to the battery which means a charge controller will be needed for use (regulated portables come with charge controllers). We always recommend having you call the manufacturer with your VIN# just to verify, sometimes the wires get run to a separate junction box or to the kitchen area so it's best to double check. These are great for houses where you have trouble installing regular systems

I have an old house where it is impossible to install venting, etc. for the regular heat and air conditioning. I have mini splits and they work great for any area. I have 2 Senville mini splits and I love them. Quiet, efficient and get the job done.

Propane heater

Is a small propane heater. It works pretty good for a small cabin , RV etc. Dont need electricity. Just a small propane tank. Dont consume alot . A small tank will last about 3 day if you run it at full capacity though the night. No propane small, no carbon monoxide. It has a vent for the out side. But this 8 thousand btu is not for a whole house heat.

We had a complicated set of requirements. The ThinkTank and helpful folks at Tiny House Essentials resolved our conundrum. The ThinkTank just arrived, but we won't install it until late next month. Cabin building in remote areas takes time, after all. If possible, I'll submit an addition to this review (with pics) after we get it installed and use it for a month or so! :-)
